Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location and the item ordered.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your CartFX account to view your order status.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
A: Please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it's processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Check out our full Shipping & Returns Policy for more info.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Missing Items
Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Snap a few photos of the damage and email us at cs@cartfx.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Q: I’m missing items from my order.
A: Double-check the packing slip — some items may ship separately. If something’s missing, contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
